·All sales within Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

·Items in my shop are in stock and will ship within 2 days after receiving payment.

·All jewelry items will arrive in their own gift box.  Orders are shipped based on your shipping preference at checkout.  All orders ship via USPS and include Insurance.  Shipping charges are as follows: First Class starts at $4; Priority starts at $8; International Shipping starts at $11; International Priority starts at $14.50.  There will be a $.30 charge for each additional item on top of the base fee.

·PLEASE NOTE: Payment with a Credit Card is available by clicking on the Paypal icon at Checkout.  You will then be given the option to pay with a Credit Card without having to pay through Paypal.

·Orders placed through my website shop and Etsy shop are treated as separate purchases and will need to be paid for individually.  If an order is placed in both shops on the same day and are both being shipped to the same address, I will happily refund the appropriate shipping charges and will ship the entire order together.

·Sorry, no refunds.  Items in new condition may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact me before mailing an item back to be exchanged.  All shipping fees for exchanges will be paid for by the customer.
